Brief Description:Our employer is a boutique employment and disability law firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to independently handle client files from intake through resolution.Job Function:
- Manage client files with minimal supervision
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, mediation briefs, and demand letters
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers
- Track deadlines, file documents, and support settlement negotiations
- Prepare accounts and minimal bookkeeping tasks
Job Requirement:
- Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the LSO
- Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
