- Big Equipment oriented or small devise sales oriented
- Bilingual French a must
- A person with a clear, effective communication style. Both verbal and written
- Technical using products that support big equipment
- Able to learn from the incumbent looking to transition out of this role
- Willing to demonstrate how you establish, maintain and grow relationships to gain market share
- Can demonstrate how a person has been adaptable in the past to clients requests
