
Complaints and Compliance Coordinator

- Initiate initial root cause investigations to all complaints
- Lead & engage cross functional teams during investigations to determine necessary immediate corrective actions for all complaints
- Lead & engage cross functional teams to determine permanent corrective/preventative actions for all complaints
- Influence others to enable immediate corrective actions completion
- Assess effectiveness of permanent corrective/preventative actions to prevent a recurrence
- Prepare and submit written responses to all incoming complaints and meet MLF timelines for complaint responses completion
- Provide supporting facility complaints data for internal audits, Customer audits, and 3rd party audit and data for CFIA task completions
- Prepare regularly scheduled review & trend of similar/same complaints issues by circumstance, Customer, products, etc.
- Share reporting on activity levels and trending within the facility, and with other MLF manufacturing facilities
- Provide employee interactive training material to support ongoing reductions in complaints frequencies
- Provide ongoing technical support for MLF Sales force and Consumer Affairs
- Serve as foreign material prevention team member and help facilitate meetings.
- Assist HACCP team with validations, plant inspections, and Non Conformance tracking
- Assist Holds and Release Coordinator.
- BSC. or higher
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills in order to ensure plans made as a team are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- An understanding on product traceability from raw material to deliveries to the customer
- Ability to lead by influence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have good written English communication skills
