If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you.As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard Supervisor
  • Lead a team of mobile security officers
  • Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security officers
  • Responsible for ensuring that instructions are understood, updated, and followed by all security officers
  • Issue and manage access cards
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports
  • All other related duties
Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard Supervsior
  • Be authorized to work Full-time in Canada
  • This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • 2 years of experience in security and team management
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Hold a valid security license
  • Hold a valid BC driver's license class 5 with a clean abstract
