- Drive new business development with equipment dealers, service providers, and fleet operators.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to help customers select the right undercarriage components.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, presentations, and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Utilize ERP and warehouse systems to manage orders and inventory flow.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach and maximize impact.
- Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions as needed.
- 3+ years in B2B sales in parts, equipment, or industrial supplies.
- Understanding of heavy equipment or undercarriage systems is required.
- Proven ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with regional travel (30–50%) as needed.
