What will your typical day look like?The Global License Compliance Manager will oversee license tracking, conduct periodic software compliance, and lead compliance mitigation efforts of Deloitte's global software agreements using ServiceNow SAMPro and other software reporting tools. Vendor agreements include but not limited to Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, and Tableau. This individual works closely with global technology leaders, Deloitte Technology platform owners, Vendor Management Office (VMO), and member firm teams using ITAM standards.Specific responsibilities include:
  • Use expertise and knowledge in software licensing models to ensure the proper recording and reconciliation of software assets
  • Work with internal stakeholders confirming consumption calculations meet expectations
  • Remediate license positions with stakeholders
  • Partner with the VMO Team members and Procurement who are responsible for procuring the software assets.
  • Use your analytical skills, including the ability to run ad hoc reports and provide data to various stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on the information
  • Appropriately communicate and educate members of other functions on Software Asset Management policies, procedures, processes, and practices.
  • Anticipate problems and initiates action as required
  • Governance of Software Data within SAM tool and ensuring accuracy with member firms
  • Participate and/or Lead Software Asset Management Community of Practice
  • Support software audits
  • Contract compliance monitoring activities
  • IT proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and license tracking tools

  • 5+ years Software Asset Management experience
  • Presentations skills
  • ServiceNow Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
  • Certified System Administrator
  • CIS - Software Asset Management
  • CIS - Hardware Asset Management
  • Software Asset Management Certification a plus
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
