The Project Director of Construction position calls for an individual who is adept at managing large-scale construction projects and who can drive operational excellence within a construction setting.
  • Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards
  • Manage team members and ensure their professional growth
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management
