The Director of Project Delivery will oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and implement project delivery strategies to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.

A strong background in construction project management within the local general contracting industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, valued between $2-10M and $20-80M in scope.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
