We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Manager with Hybrid Caretaker experience to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and residents relations of residential buildings. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to work flexible shifts across multiple property locations.This role combines building management, administrative responsibilities, site supervision, and janitorial/caretaking duties to ensure that all properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.Responsibilities:Oversee daily building operations and ensure the property is clean, safe, and well maintained.Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractors.Maintain cleanliness of common areas, garbage/recycling rooms, and exterior areas.Manage building access systems including fobs, remotes, and enter phone programming.Respond to resident inquiries and enforce strata bylaws and building policies.Maintain communication with the property manager/strata council and report issues.Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintain building records and notices.Respond to emergencies and ensure building safety systems are functioning.Access & Security: Program and manage building fobs and enter phone systems.Access & Security: Program and manage building fobs and enter phone systems.Administrative Duties: Collect funds as directed, post notices, send emails, and submit caretaker reports.Property Manager Relations: Communicate regularly with the property manager and perform hot tub chemical checks (training provided).Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and report any concerns to the property manager.Cleaning & Grounds: Maintain exterior areas, sweep and mop floors, and clean entrances, lobby, and common areas including door handles, entry panels, and walk-off mats.Job Details

Start Date: March 1
Salary: $23.00 per hour

Preferred Experience:

Building Manager: 1 year
Janitorial: 1 year
Hybrid Caretaker: 1 year
