- Answering main phone line and transfer to appropriate contact
- Greet clients, suppliers and deliveries at reception
- Receive and process mail
- Maintain office filing system by sorting paperwork
- Manage incoming inquiries
- Oversea the upkeep of the reception area
- Enter invoices: brokerage, supplier and general expenses
- Enter customer payment data into accounting software
- Assist in reconciling credit card and bank statements
- Comminicate with suppliers in regards to pricing
- Prepare payments for suppliers
- Perform other administrative/accounting tasks as require
- Friendly, positive attitude, and welcoming demeanour.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other clients and suppliers
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- College certificate or diploma in accounting or office administration or related field an asset
- Experience working in an office environment.
