- Agency & Marketing Execution:
- Serve as the primary internal lead for the external marketing agency.
- Oversee and accelerate key initiatives: paid media, events/trade shows, thought leadership, creative asset development, and CRM nurture/email programs.
- Scale successful pilot programs to the entire commercial business.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline:
- Design and execute B2B demand generation programs to drive measurable pipeline.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Ensure marketing efforts directly align with sales leadership's business development priorities.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting priority industries and enterprise accounts.
- Utilize targeted campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube) to influence key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with strategic account lists.
- CRM, Automation & Tech Stack:
- Oversee the optimization of CRM journeys and marketing automation programs (acquisition and retention).
- Lead the adoption and effective use of the B2B tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, 6sense) to enable scalable and personalized outreach.
- Ensure all marketing activity is clearly connected to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Scaling & Frameworks:
- Build repeatable marketing frameworks from successful pilot programs for broad scalability across markets and verticals.
- Growth in marketing-generated pipeline.
- Increased MQL to SQL conversion rates.
- Successful expansion of pilot initiatives into scalable programs.
- Effective use of ABM and paid media channels.
- Improved integration and alignment between marketing efforts and sales outcomes
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM
- Strong experience with modern B2B marketing tech stacks
- Proven experience running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube
- Experience building automated prospecting and outbound marketing programs
- Experience managing external marketing agencies and internal marketing teams
- Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing and marketing automation
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
$155,000 – $170,000 per annum(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
