In this position, you will act as a trusted front-line service professional, supporting members with questions related to their pension benefits, transactions, and life events. You will provide accurate, timely information while guiding members through key processes such as retirement, terminations, and benefit options.What's in it for you
The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year and is hybrid with 3 days a week in office. Compensation will be determined based on your experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated competencies, with opportunities for growth as you advance in the role.

Respond to member inquiries via phone, secure email, and other communication channels
Guide members through pension-related life events such as retirements, terminations, and benefit transactions
Review and process member files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
Proactively follow up with members regarding outstanding documentation or next steps in their transactions
Educate members on available options to support informed decision-making regarding their pension benefitsBilingual Member Services Representative QualificationsCollege diploma or university degree (finance, business, or related field preferred)
Minimum 5 years of client service experience within the pension, financial services, insurance, or related industry
Bilingual in English and French
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
