With ongoing growth in Western Canada, they are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join their Calgary team.The RoleThe Project Coordinator will provide key support to Project Managers and Site Teams throughout the planning and execution of commercial and multifamily projects. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career within a fast-paced construction environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to support project execution.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.Track budgets, schedules, and progress reports to ensure projects remain on time and within scope.Support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.Contribute to quality control, safety compliance, and risk management initiatives.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in a project coordination role within commercial or multifamily construction.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction management software is an asset.Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and documentation.Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Why Join?Be part of a growing Calgary operation supported by a successful Ontario-based parent company.Gain exposure to diverse and exciting commercial and multifamily projects.Collaborative team culture with excellent mentorship and career development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
