Location: Remote CanadaResponsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including instructional designers, developers, and business SMEs—to align on goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making.
- Track and manage project scope changes, resource allocations, and milestone achievement across multiple learning formats (e-learning, ILT, blended).
- Use project management tools to track progress, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Ensure projects adhere to instructional design processes, accessibility standards, and branding/guidelines.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons learned to improve future workflows and team collaboration.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on learning, instructional design, or training development projects.
- Strong understanding of instructional design processes, content development lifecycles, and L&D best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills—able to translate learning needs into structured project plans.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and methods (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Ability to facilitate productive meetings and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.
