We bring clarity, coordination, and collaboration to complex new business efforts—enabling teams to do their best work and helping Klick show up at its strongest.Job DescriptionAs a Pitch Manager, this role supports the operational backbone of high-impact new business pitches. It brings structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving workstreams while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. The Pitch Manager guides timelines, communications, and workflows to ensure every pitch runs smoothly from start to finish.What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate end-to-end pitch activities in partnership with Growth Leads and cross-functional teams
  • Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve
  • Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials
  • Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting
QualificationsRequired:
  • 3–5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills
  • Proven ability to stay grounded and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada
  • Valid passport for cross-border travel
Desired:
  • Agency or consulting experience
  • Experience supporting high-stakes or fast-paced workflows
  • Ability to identify risks and offer practical solutions
  • Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tooling
  • Interest in continuous improvement of processes and systems
  • Comfort integrating AI into day-to-day work
