
Contract, Human Resources Administrator (12 month contract)

- Provides day-to-day administrative support for various HR activities and initiatives
- Proactively assists the team to post job vacancies, screen resumes, schedule candidate testing and interviews, administers assessments, and conducts/ confirms background check results
- Supports department schedule and calendar management by scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining meeting notes and agendas in addition to other tasks as required
- Reconciles various divisional costs and processes invoicesTracks, maintains, and reports on divisional activity on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintains/updates divisional data
- Prepares spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations which are accurate and professionally formatted, procedure reviews, and process improvement initiatives
- Conducts divisional research as necessary
- Maintains a complete and organized departmental record-keeping system based on recognized Records Management practices, leading the annual Records Management review process on behalf of the team
- Supports the execution of divisional events and initiatives
- University Degree with a focus in Human Resources or a related field,
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with proven ability to work efficiently using various computer systems, work management tools, and general office automation applications
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Working towards CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive employee data, documentation, and financial records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Experience with SAP for invoicing and budget tracking, is a strong asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when managing sensitive HR matters.
