This is a part-time position, five days per week, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation streams efficiently!DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Supplier Approval Program Management
- Maintain and update supplier approval files, ensuring all required compliance documentation is current (e.g., audits, certifications, specifications, COAs).
- Track document expiry dates and proactively follow up with suppliers for renewals.
- Review supplier documentation for completeness and compliance with company food safety standards.
- Support onboarding of new suppliers, including document collection and verification.
- Prepare and manage customer food safety documentation packages (e.g., questionnaires, specifications, letters of guarantee, audit documents).
- Respond to customer documentation requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all outbound documentation.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Ensure version control and proper document formatting compliance
- Support internal audits and external inspections by providing required documentation.
- Provide training as required to team on supplier approval program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable using: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or compliance documentation is an asset.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., PrimusGFS, HACCP) is preferred but not required
- Part-time position (20 to 25 hours/week)
- Five days per week (flexible hours may be considered)
- Office-based or hybrid, depending on operational needs
