Oversee the day-to-day functions of the store, ensuring smooth operations, high team engagement, and consistent execution of service standards.Elevate the Guest Experience
Engage customers with professionalism and warmth, understand their needs, and provide informed recommendations that help them feel confident in their choices.Support and Develop the Team
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, while providing real-time coaching and performance feedback to build a high-functioning, motivated team.Ensure Regulatory Compliance
Maintain full awareness of current cannabis laws and ensure all store operations are aligned with compliance requirements, including ID verification and product handling protocols.Drive Sales and Results
Monitor store-level KPIs, review sales and inventory reports, and work with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity. Communicate business insights clearly and regularly to the team.Champion Store Standards
Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times-one that aligns with both provincial regulations and internal expectations for presentation and professionalism.Handle Challenges with Care
Resolve customer concerns thoughtfully and in alignment with store values.
