What Are We Looking For?

Open and flexible availability; evenings and weekends a must

Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions
Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)

Summary of Responsibilities

Verifies the quality and quantity of delivered items
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station up to policy standards
Keeps storage places organized where all supplies are visible
Works closely with Line Cooks to ensure a smooth service
Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. in a timely manner
Prepares produce and ingredients with instructions from the Manager
Provides satisfaction by ensuring guests and staff are using clean dishes and utensils
Empties out garage, compost and recycling bins
Breaks down boxes and containers to put them in the recycling
Keeps property grounds clean by sweeping outside, shovelling snow, etc. (where applicable)
