- Transformation Management: enabling our clients to define, implement and manage complex portfolios from strategy to execution.
- Capital Program Delivery (large infrastructure programs): advising our clients on the effective set-up and delivery of large capital projects, including the entire program from business case, feasibility, and execution strategy, through to integrated program controls, governance and delivering outcomes.
- Complex Program Management: supporting our clients by standing up and operating Program Management Offices (PMO), overseeing all PMO capabilities including acting as workstream leads and program managers to drive the execution of major transformations.
- Enterprise Agility: A multi-disciplinary set of services that span across a variety of sectors, all predicated on helping clients navigate to increased organizational agility or delivering their largest delivery programs through agile ways of working
- Portfolio Management: assisting our clients with aligning strategy to their portfolio of work (projects, products/services, assets), prioritizing and coordinating incoming initiatives, balancing capacity with organizational needs, and enabling portfolio-level decisions that drive value.
- As a Senior Consultant an important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Apply a disciplined project management approach to plan, execute, monitor, and control delivery activities across scopes of work.
- Lead or support PMO operations, including governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, RAID management, reporting cycles, change control, and performance management.
- Undertake current state analyses to identify process gaps and areas of opportunity.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex strategy concepts.
- Deliver quality services, value, and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables and within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service.
- Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
- Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

- Strong project and program management skills, inducing governance, risk management, schedule management, and reporting, operating within agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments. Ability to design or enhance PMO processes, operating models, dashboards, and reporting standards.
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new scenarios, delivery frameworks, tools, and client contexts.
- Willingness to travel: while the successful candidate will be based in their home office location of Vancouver or Calgary, they may be required to travel both within and outside of Canada
- Experience working in a project management environment or with specialization in a specific project management capability or software such as scheduling in primavera P6, risk management or project controls etc.
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Applied Science, Business or a relevant field.
- Preferably a post graduate degree or relevant professional designation (MBA, CFA or MSc are preferred).
- Pursuing project management, program management, agile certifications including PgMP, PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist,
- Practitioner, or Scrum Master or a professional designation such as Engineer in Training.
- Experience with and/or certified in PM tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, JIRA, ADO, Planview, Power BI Dashboards).
- Government, healthcare, power & utilities, mining, or oil and gas sector experience is considered an asset.
- A minimum of 2-6 years' experience in industry or with a professional services firm along with a successful track record supporting in the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder, capital or transformation projects or programs.

- Victoria: $79,000 to $119,000
