Senior Engineer Reliability

In your new role you will:
- Analyze reliability data, generate a comprehensive report, provide feedback at early phase in process development
- Develop and improve new reliability stress test platform (e.g DHTOL- Dynamic High Temperature Operating Life), and improve the turn-around of technology assessment
- Conduct lifetime reliability test, build lifetime models to predict application risk in the field and improve product design and process development
- Competitor analysis to help benchmark market trends, provide feedback in terms of quality and reliability performance
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- MSc or PhD degree in electronic/ microelectronic engineering, physics, or power electronics
- 1~3 years' experience with qualification, reliability, and failure analysis in the semiconductor industry is preferred
- Experience with reliability stress tests (design, debug, operate) such as DHTOL, HTRB, HTGB is a plus
- Good understanding of the semiconductor technologies and processes in at least one of the following areas: wafer processing, device characterization, and packaging
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Python, Spotfire and etc,
