What you will do:In this role, you will support various pricing initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of Price Assurance Deals (PAD). As the subject matter expert in your area, you will work closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, as well as executive stakeholders, to provide actionable recommendations and develop effective workflows and reporting systems. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our pricing strategies and ensuring we stay competitive in the market.Lead the creation and maintenance of Price Assurance Deals (PAD).Serve as the subject matter expert for pricing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.Develop and maintain efficient workflows and comprehensive reporting systems.Communicate findings and strategies effectively to executive stakeholders.Support pricing initiatives through problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication with cross-functional stakeholdersWhat you bring:Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.Strong business acumen with at least 4 years of experience in a merchandising, pricing, or finance role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge/experience with ThoughtSpot, KNIME, or SQL considered an assetExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to understand IT systems to deliver business processes.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.About UsCanadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CTC”) is one of Canada’s most admired and trusted companies.
