Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth we are seeking Fish Processing Plant Workers to join our team.Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Unloading fish from fishing vessels and transporting to work area in the fish processing plant
  • Cut and clean whole fish for further processing
  • Set up and operate machines to box or package fish products
  • Condition whole fish for shipping
  • Weighing fish, recording weight and packing fish in ice.
  • Cleaning work area and equipment
  • Transporting supplies and packaging materials throughout plant and storage area manually or with power equipment.
*This position requires standing for long periods of time and using hand tools including knives and pliers.A general understanding of the processing line is considered an asset; however, on the job training is available.Available Shifts/Hours are as follows:
  • Continental night shift (6:00 pm-6:30 am) *night shift premium of $1.00/hour applies to this shift.
