Commercial Collections Specialist

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with commercial clients to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
• Communicate professionally via phone and email, maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients, balancing company policies with practical solutions
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts across various industries, with a focus on equipment financing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment commitments in the system of record
• Collaborate with internal departments to support account resolution and client satisfaction

• 3-5 years collections experience in consumer lending, commercial banking, or equipment leasing
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Bilingual skills in English and French is an asset
