An exciting and rewarding opportunity with the industry leader is waiting for you!We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position, in our clients Langley, BC office, as a Production Assistant Supervisor.Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (based on experience)Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to PermanentSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am / 8:00am to 2:30pm / 4:30pm (ability to work weekends when needed)Responsibilities:
  • Provides instructions, training and communicates production and quality requirements/expectations.
  • Communicates, enforces, and adheres to company policies, procedures to ensure compliance with OHS and Food Safety regulations.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of packaging, UPC’s and labelling requirements.
  • Conduct employee evaluations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior produce and warehouse experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude
  • Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised and meet key deadlines!
  • Ability to work in high-paced environment.
  • Highly organized; knowledgeable and follow the company’s policies and procedures.
