- Create and maintain new items in internal systems, including NIC form creation and product master data entry
- Ensure accuracy of style details, pricing, costing, sizing, and key attributes
- Support seasonal line builds and product lifecycle updates
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal production teams
- Track production timelines, confirm delivery dates, and communicate updates to sales leadership
- Coordinate and manage all product samples
- Maintain organized sample logs and ensure timely follow-up
- Support e-commerce product setup, including uploading images and product content
- Work closely with marketing to ensure correct product photography, naming, and launch timelines
- Assist in coordinating product information needed for digital and promotional assets
- Monitor purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customer delivery requirements
- Support account teams with order documentation, reporting, and issue resolution
- Maintain and update selling tools such as line sheets, order forms, and product catalogs
- Support seasonal market prep including showroom readiness and sales meeting materials
- Generate sales and inventory reports to support forecasting and replenishment
- Help streamline internal processes and improve cross-department communication
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or order management, preferably in the wholesale or fashion/apparel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to think critically and solve problems independently
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
