Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Manager, Digital Channels is responsible for supporting and optimizing RBC Wealth Management Canada’s advisor website platform, ensuring advisors can effectively build and market their digital presence. This client-facing role focuses on website optimization, SEO, analytics and advisor education, empowering advisors with the tools and knowledge to enhance their brand and business. Additionally, this role serves as a key bridge between advisors and the product team, gathering advisor feedback and insights to support continuous platform improvements and inform the product roadmap. The ideal candidate excels at building strong relationships and driving client success, while promoting adoption of self-serve MarTech solutions.*Please note this is a contract role.What will you do?Serve as the primary contact for advisors and branch management, guiding them on website creation, optimization, and digital marketing best practices.Support project management activities for website migration, helping track timelines and deliverables across 2300+ advisor teams.Conduct consultations and develop training programs to drive adoption of self-serve tools and MarTech solutions.Assist with content distribution strategies and ongoing SEO enhancements.Gather advisor feedback to inform platform improvements and roadmap decisions.Collaborate with analytics teams to develop reports, dashboards, and performance insights.Maintain educational documentation and ensure compliance with digital solutions.Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and client-centric service.What you need to succeed?Must-haves:5+ years of marketing experience in consulting, financial services, technology or a similar industry, with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including on-page SEO, accessibility, and user experience best practices.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Wrike, Jira, Figma and SEMrush.Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first, collaborative mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Full-time in-office position, with 4 days a week required in downtown TorontoWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
