- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, provide advice and friendly service
- Provide accurate information of parts availability, specifications and pricing
- Sales and Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders by phone, email or in person
- Inventory Management: Store and tracking inventory ensuring accuracy, monitoring inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Coordinating with service team ensuring parts availability for service calls
- Payments and Returns: Assist with cash sales and handling of returns and exchanges
- Other tasks deemed necessary by management
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role
- Proficiency in Suite office
- Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
- Product Knowloedge: A general understanding of Industry (an asset)
