
Electrical Technologist

- Analyze and troubleshoot circuits using electrical schematics and manuals
- Make critical decisions about product solutions based on product and customer requirements
- Author and validate customer-facing documentation including product installation and testing instructions
- Utilize drafting software to generate accurate and detailed electrical schematics
- Provide support to internal teams for new and established product applications
- Interact with customers and perform project management tasks
- Collaborate with cross functional teams through various projects
- Controls or electrical engineering degree or diploma or related fields
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge to interpret and work with electrical schematics
- Self motivation to problem-solve and learn independently
- Effective technical writing and documentation skills
- Multitask effectively between multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EPlan or similar drafting software is an asset
- Functional experience with PLC hardware and software is an asset
- Potential ability to travel internationally
