Atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de revenus et de croissance de part;
Établir des relations d’affaires avec les clients; donner des conseils et fournir des recommandations en ce qui concerne les produits, les promotions, et les occasions de vente de Sleeman;
Assurer un service de suivi auprès des clients, ce qui inclut le remplacement des UGS et le traitement des retours;
Fournir de la rétroaction à l’équipe des ventes au sujet des préoccupations ou questions des clients;
Mettre à jour et gérer les dossiers des clients au besoin;
Travailler avec l’équipe des comptes clients pour ouvrir de nouveaux comptes;
Demeurer à l’affût des tendances de l’industrie et des changements subis par le marché concurrentiel;
Effectuer d’autres tâches connexes au besoin.
Exigences
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de vente, service à la clientèle ou connexe;
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe;
Expérience dans l’exécution des plans de vente;
Bonne capacité à établir de solides liens professionnels, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe;
Capacité à communiquer efficacement, à la fois de façon écrite et verbale; excellente aptitude de présentation;
Dextérité manuelle pour travailler sur un ordinateur pendant des périodes prolongées.
Compétences informatiques et capacité à utiliser Microsoft Office (Excel);
Dextérité manuelle pour l’exécution de tâches à l’ordinateur pendant de longues périodes;
Expérience de l’industrie des boissons alcoolisées serait un atout;
Bilingue en français et en anglais; pour pouvoir communiquer avec des clients qui ne parlent que l'anglais
Vérification satisfaisante des antécédents de criminalité;
Capacité de démontrer son appui aux valeurs de l’entreprise par le comportement et l’attitude.
