Work closely with the Content and Live Game team and contribute to the game experience by ideating, and designing high-quality content for the game
Use your creativity, problem-solving skills and excellent communication to effectively articulate concepts, briefs and ideas with artists, designers and key stakeholders
Collaborate with a team of artists and designers to produce engaging feature narratives and compelling in-game content that will drive engagement and player retention
Write and edit clear game tutorials and in-game text copy that will resonate with players
Research and implement ideas of how to add licensed IP into the game's content
Help to create and maintain a content roadmap that aligns with the Live Game strategy and supports business goals
Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple projects running simultaneously
Maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile gaming industry and implement current trends and best practices in our content design
What we're looking for
A highly creative Senior Content Designer with previous experience in content design, game design or narrative design, preferably on mobile games
Experienced in working on live and content-heavy games
Previous experience working with Licensed IP based content
Proven creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor content designers and collaborate with product teams
Ability to work effectively with remote and global teams across different time zones
Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with localisation and text database tools
Ability to travel for occasional team off-sites
