Vaughan, ON | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid/Quarterly Travel to OfficePay Rate: $30 – $38/hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking two Treasury Analysts to support the Treasury Officer in daily treasury operations. This is a hands-on role involving cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and other banking activities. Analysts will work closely with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash reporting and cash management duties
- Generate compliance reports for banking partners
- Liaise with banks to resolve queries from internal departments
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements; clear reconciling items with other teams
- Prepare interest calculation schedules to ensure bank interest matches expectations
- Process journal entries related to bank service charges
- Download and save wire receipt information for the AR team
- Monitor cheque status and place stop/void payments as required
- Track outstanding cheques to ensure alignment with SAP balances
- Clear bank entries in SAP regularly
- Support KYC processes as needed
- Up to 2 years of experience in bank reconciliations and other treasury functions
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Familiarity with KYC processes
- Background in a law firm or understanding of trust accounting
- Gain hands-on treasury and banking experience in a structured environment
