This role is responsible for managing Windows-based Identity & Access Management (IAM), developing automation solutions, supporting Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and performing SQL-based troubleshooting for backend systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across Active Directory, automation tooling, Terraform, and SQL, with 6–8 years of relevant experience.Role Responsibilities:Identity & Access Management (Windows IAM)
Administer and manage Active Directory, including Group Policies, OU structure, roles, and permissions.
Implement and maintain IAM governance controls, including least-privilege access, auditing, and compliance processes.
Support integrations with authentication and authorization technologies such as AD, ADFS, SSO, and MFA.
Troubleshoot Windows IAM issues, including replication failures, domain trust issues, and authentication problems.Automation & Configuration (Ansible | PowerShell | CLI)
Develop Ansible playbooks for configuration management and application deployment.
Build and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and operational tasks.
Maintain and optimize CLI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Create reusable automation frameworks aligned with DevOps best practices and compliance standards.Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
Create, maintain, and version Terraform modules for provisioning cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Manage environments using GitOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure all IaC implementations meet security, compliance, and architectural requirements.Database & SQL
Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Support backend systems (Windows services, IAM tools, logging platforms) requiring SQL interaction.
Diagnose and resolve SQL performance issues related to queries or stored procedures.Essential Skills
