  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Must have or acquire food safety certification
  • Demonstrates guest service skills
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).EducationJob Responsibilities
  • Trays up food for hospital patients following patient menu tickets
  • Properly handles food in accordance with standards, using correct serving utencils. Following therapeutic menu instructions for portions sizes.
  • Sets up workstations including hot wells, steam tables, etc.
  • Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations, carts etc. Cleaning of commercial dishwasher, washing of floors and taking out garbage.
  • Deliver patient meal trays to patients on IPU unit. Collects soiled cart trays from IPU.
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards patients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation.
  • Ensures security of company assets.
