People Consulting - Workforce Advisory - Senior Manager - Learning Services

- Act as the accountable learning delivery lead, overseeing and directing teams of instructional designers and training content developers (onshore, offshore, and third party resources) to design and build training solutions that meet client business, transformation, and adoption objectives.
- Lead end-to-end learning strategy, design, and execution for large-scale system and process-based transformations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle / PeopleSoft, Guidewire, Microsoft D365).
- Provide overall quality assurance and governance for training content development, ensuring alignment with approved learning strategies, instructional design standards, client requirements, and EY quality expectations.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with the ability to confidently guide teams in the effective application of design principles, tools, and formats to create engaging, scalable, and learner-centric training solutions.
- Lead learning development teams within fast-paced, complex transformation programs, adapting delivery approaches to agile and iterative development cycles while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with broader change and transformation goals.
- Ensure integration between learning, change management, and transformation workstreams, aligning training content with communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to resolve delivery challenges, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Design and deliver holistic change management and training strategies across a range of transformation contexts, including operating model design, organization design, culture transformation, and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Partner with senior client leadership to create alignment, sponsorship, and readiness for change.
- Develop integrated change approaches that clearly articulate how change will be managed, adopted, and sustained throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Own accountability for scope, budget, risk, quality, and communications across multiple concurrent learning and change initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and global delivery teams.
- Manage interactions with client-facing teams, business support services, and delivery partners to ensure learning materials meet agreed design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are informed of outcomes and next steps.
- Deliver high-quality professional services while managing client expectations and priorities.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and developing client proposals.
- Leverage project delivery experience and client relationships to support revenue growth and long-term account development.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across EY service lines to identify integrated solutions that address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external networks.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, providing constructive on-the-job feedback and career guidance.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with EY values.
- Manage and develop talent across multiple engagements, including mentoring junior team members and future leaders.
- Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and continuously stay current with trends in learning, change, and advisory services.
- Approximately 8-10 years of related professional services and/or external consulting experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in learning, training, and development, including leadership of complex learning programs
- 3+ years of experience managing learning solution projects, budgets, and teams
- Hands-on experience with learning development tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) with associated training and change initiatives
- Proven experience in change management, stakeholder management, communications, organizational design, training, and culture change
- Strong project and program management experience, including managing multiple workstreams and delivery teams
- Undergraduate degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a record of effective client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
