Shift: Work early mornings (3- 4 am), weekends and overtime as required (3 days per week on the route and 1 day working at our Sales Center)

Hiring Requirements:
As a Route Driver/Salesman at Bimbo Canada, you will be:

Route Coverage: Port Hawkesbury, St. Peter's, and Arichat (Cape Breton Island).
Operate an established route, including ordering, delivery, merchandising, and providing customer service to assigned accounts.
Set up and load orders in bulk or by customer.
Operate a 5-ton cube van in the city and highways in all safe weather conditions.
Deliver products to established scheduled customers.
Stock and rotate product on store shelves and displays.
Set up displays and promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
Maintain stock levels by ordering regular and feature items.
Merchandise all accounts to standard.
Establish positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account.
Generate invoices and maintain responsibility for daily cash settlement.
Complete fully accurately all necessary paperwork.
Follow directions of the Market Sales Leader & Regional Sales Leader.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
Valid Driver's License (Driver's Abstract must be provided on request).
Ability to work with minimal supervision and must be self-motivated.
Must be organized and methodical.
Must be able to push/pull/lift to 150 lbs.
Physically fit and able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
