Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Commercial Lead in St. John’s, NL.Located in St. John's, Newfoundland, Maderra Engineering Inc. provides project management, project services, engineering, technical and personnel services to the Energy, Resource, and Commercial sectors. 10+ years of experience in managing contracts related to major capital infrastructure projects
Experience managing various complex service and supply contracts covering consulting engineering procurement agencies construction companies and fabricators
Extensive knowledge to support the generation and assessment of terms and conditions related to major contracts
Ability to negotiate contracts effectively on behalf of the PMT
Experience in liaising with finical and legal teams
ability to support PMT in the generation of accurate progress reporting
Knowledge of IFPS and PSAS to the extent required to support the organizations financial team
Registration/membership of an appropriate Professional Association Designation
