Combined Insurance is seeking a dynamic Customer Outreach & Loyalty Specialist to join our team.   • Handle Incoming Cancellation Calls and perform Outbound call activities for past due policies
  • Handle direct returning incoming calls as a result of outbound activities.
  • Follow up on customer issues regarding claims, billing or other service concerns.
  • Assist customers in redrafting payments to existing accounts, set up new account information, or collect needed premium via credit card.
  • Cross sell over the phone.
  • Process routine requests for service items.
  • Miscellaneous department activities as needed.
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDEducation, Skills, and Experience:
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
  • College diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Must be licensed in Accident & Sickness, and Life
  • Ability to multi-task, talking with customers while completing paperwork and system changes
  • Outgoing and engaging conversation skills.
  • Sales acumen, business sense.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills
  • Previous contact center experience required.
  • Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
