The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete driver pick up documentation verificationComplete BOL routing – using the routing tool and outbound linehaul manifesting.Complete all document and imaging for BOL and Delivery ReceiptsComplete dock scans and purge processComplete shipment resolution – Return, Refusal, Bad Address, RedeliveryCustomer service communicationCheck in of Driver Keys and scanners and fuel card tracking, Delivery receipts, foldersLog in and log out driver vehicle keys on Key logPrinter repair requests and requirements communicationsProcess Overage Shortage and Damage reportsSend malfunctioning scanners for repair to external repair vendor.Answer emails and resolve document completion issues with Lead Hand, managers, and scanner repair vendorsExcel, Word, Outlook, any transportation Management system (CLI, AS400, Truck mate) experienceTransportation business in an LTL environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional ResponsibilitiesEducationExperience3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)
