- 2+ years of experience in an administrative position, or equivalent educational experience
- Experience with the full suite of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
- High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change
- Excellent analytical skills

- Experience using a Sales CRM (i.e., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Marketing and copywriting skills
- Provide administrative support as required for day-to-day business operations
- Support sales development initiatives for the GVRD region
- Provide onboarding training and assistance for users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CORE) system, including learning aids as needed
- Help manage and track sales opportunities/pipeline in our CRM system
- Assist with data uploads to, and cleanup of, our CRM system
- Create sales reports and dashboards using data from our CRM system
- Work with our Sales Leaders on Critical Path meetings on an ongoing basis to review top client accounts with stakeholders, schedule meetings, take minutes, and record action items
- Work with our Marketing & Communications team to create sales visuals, bulletins, email campaigns, presentations, and other collateral as required
- Help set up surveys for internal and external audiences (Survey Monkey)
- Assist with some corporate writing (biographies, sales materials)
- Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and submissions
- Help maintain our internal company sales collateral platform (Seismic)
- Assist with creating and vetting sales prospecting lists
- Assign sales leads as required
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
