This job is full-time temporary.This position is a temporary 6-month contractYour challenges:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company's Accounts Receivable.
Analyze the contents of a customer accounts portfolio and carry out the necessary adjustments.
Analyze variances and balances in accounts receivable and take the required actions for resolution and/or reconciliation.
Record customer rebate payments.
Ensure that accounting transactions comply with established compliance rules.
Provide analyses and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
Apply customer payments in Accounts Receivable (AR) using various systems (SAP, LSS).
Actively participate in month-end close activities.
Process monthly write-offs.
Prepare and present monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
Perform ad hoc analyses.
Play an important role in meeting customer needs by working closely with relevant departments, including Sales and Credit.
Document supporting evidence for key controls in support of audits and reviews.
Perform any other related tasks and analyses.

Your skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure while delivering quality results within deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team, communicate with all organizational levels, and adapt to change.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational, planning, rigor, and accuracy abilities.
Demonstrates flexibility and autonomy.

Your profile:

Bilingual French English (required for all company positions) *.
College diploma (DEC) in Accounting Techniques or similar accounting training.
2-3 years of relevant experience in a large company.
2 years of businesstobusiness customer service experience.
