- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company's Accounts Receivable.
- Analyze the contents of a customer accounts portfolio and carry out the necessary adjustments.
- Analyze variances and balances in accounts receivable and take the required actions for resolution and/or reconciliation.
- Record customer rebate payments.
- Ensure that accounting transactions comply with established compliance rules.
- Provide analyses and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply customer payments in Accounts Receivable (AR) using various systems (SAP, LSS).
- Actively participate in month-end close activities.
- Process monthly write-offs.
- Prepare and present monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform ad hoc analyses.
- Play an important role in meeting customer needs by working closely with relevant departments, including Sales and Credit.
- Document supporting evidence for key controls in support of audits and reviews.
- Perform any other related tasks and analyses.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure while delivering quality results within deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate with all organizational levels, and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Demonstrates flexibility and autonomy.
- Bilingual French English (required for all company positions) *.
- College diploma (DEC) in Accounting Techniques or similar accounting training.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a large company.
- 2 years of businesstobusiness customer service experience.
