LOA: $165REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of direct field experience in their related field and NCSO Certification.
- Craft knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, and painting (preferred) or equivalent plant operations/maintenance experience.
- Possess advanced troubleshooting and communication skills to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and concise communication in written and oral form.
- Excels at operating in a fast paced and diverse environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in diverse workgroups and settings.
- Must have a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation.

- Support site leadership in communicating the company’s safety mission and fostering a positive safety culture across all work groups.
- Conduct daily field inspections, observations, and walkdowns; engage with Supervisors and crews on identified HSE issues and recommended corrective actions.
- Monitor field activities for compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.
- Identify, document, and follow up on substandard conditions, unsafe behaviors, and improvement opportunities.
- Review hazard assessments, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses; provide constructive feedback to Supervisors and workers.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of JHA processes and safety incentive programs.
- Ensure Health and Safety Program requirements are followed by all personnel, including employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and visitors.
- Provide guidance to field crews on the application and interpretation of the Health and Safety Manual.
- Support the administration and communication of company HSE policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and participate in the testing and evaluation of the site Emergency Response Plan.
- Coordinate with site leadership to prepare, and deliver site orientation sessions.
- Provide topic support, attend, and evaluate daily Toolbox Talks and Weekly Safety Meetings; mentor Supervisors in effective meeting facilitation.
- Deliver HSE-related training and support ongoing education of site personnel.
- Maintain worker information boards, safety communications, and relevant visual management tools.
- Maintain accurate electronic records for all site-specific training activities.
- Track, analyze, and report incident trends and site HSE performance metrics.
- Lead or assist in incident investigations and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support injury management and return to work processes as required.
- Assist with periodic audits of hazardous work areas, high risk activities, and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up.
- Report daily to the Safety Manager / Safety Lead regarding safety issues, concerns, and required escalations.
- Collaborate closely with site management, Supervisors, and the Safety Lead to support safe operation of the project.
