- Lead and develop a growing team of SDRs: Focusing on both personal and professional growth, ensuring each team member has a clear understanding of their role and deliverables. Ensure regularly 1:1’s take place and provide regular coaching. Ensure all TSM’s have an Individual Development Plan.
- Design and refine high-quality outreach sequences: Use our CRM system to design, launch, and manage tailored communication sequences ensuring the team have the tools and content to succeed. Coaching SDRs on prospecting techniques.
- Drive the evolution of team KPIs: Ensure alignment with Henry Schein One strategy and market-leading standards, foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and a curious mindset within the team.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with marketing and the wider sales teams in multiple locations to align on strategy and enhance lead-generation effectiveness.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Remain focused on achieving ambitious goals, embracing a target-driven approach to increase meeting rates and qualified opportunity.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Cultivate team to record all customer interactions and ensure the CRM system remains a reliable source of information and insights for cross-team use.
- Recruitment: Recruit high potential teams in region and onboard new team members, cultivating a supportive and high-performance environment.
- Leadership and Motivation: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate remote and in person teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Scope: Experience of working in a multi-country environment, driving consistency in strategy, methodologies, and outcomes
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

The posted range for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.
