Working on a large scale client, you will get access to exceptional mentorship and growth opportunities, working on fully integrated campaigns.Responsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needsCollaborate with internal departments to execute on marketing and advertising campaigns (creative, strategy, media, production)Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the broader account services teamAssist in preparing proposals, presentations and campaign reportsTrack and manage budgets, vendor invoices, and client billingStay informed about industry trends, client competitors, and new opportunities to add valueMonitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and deadlinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or certification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field3-5 years of experience in an account management, marketing, or client service role (agency experience preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindsetExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPassion for creative work and the advertising industryThis role requires 3 days onsite in Toronto.
