This role requires deep expertise in advanced report creation, data visualization, and self-service analytics solution development. Experience in marketing and finance is considered an asset, as it strengthens your ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic analytics solutions.Performance Management:Develop budget and track performanceMonitor gating KPIs, objectives by channels, all products, orders/GA, performanceCreate executive presentationsManage fiber construction performance: objectives|models|SBCCommunity Analysis and Performance:Create and maintain community performance and GTM dashboardsConduct in-depth analyses to provide actionable recommendationsCalculate and track ROI of community events and initiativesAnalyze performance data to guide strategyStrategic Planning and Market Excellence:Support annual and quarterly planning with analytical data and forecasting (sales, sales channels, communities, deactivations, etc)Lead community analysis, selection, and prioritizationCollaborate on creating localized surveys and researchProvide recommendations for market excellenceAdvanced Reporting and Dashboard Creation:Design and develop advanced reports and dashboards for sales teamsCreate complex and interactive data visualizationsDevelop custom performance reports according to business needsOptimize report and dashboard performanceQualificationsWhat you bringEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, mathematics, statistics, business, or related fieldMinimum 4-6 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligenceDemonstrated experience in creating advanced dashboards and reportsKnowledge of sales processes and business metricsTechnical Skills:Expertise in Tableau or Power BIProficiency in SQL and data queries( an asset)Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)Experience with CRM systems and data platformsInterpersonal Skills:Excellent communication skills in French and English is mandatory. Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAttention to detail and rigor in analysisResults-oriented with business acumenDon't Miss This OpportunityTransform data into strategic decisions.
