Our client in the food manufacturing industry is looking for a casual on-call individual to coordinate administrative activities for their Taber location. This integral role is responsible for the timekeeping and tracking of employees/visitor, incoming/outgoing shipments, as well as providing them with information regarding operations.What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $22/hr.
  • Shifts will either be 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. Must be available for both
  • Overtime pay after 8 hours
Position Summary:
  • Organizing & adjusting schedules for employees
  • Reviewing, adjusting, & entering information into computer programs including information for payroll
  • Assigning & communicating employee schedules and overtime
  • Signing in visitors & providing appropriate information
Required Qualifications:
  • Good customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Can work independently
  • Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an office setting
Bonus Points For:
  • Prior experience using Kronos
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
