Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY".Well, what about the team?We're seeking a Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team building innovative data pipelines from land-based casino systems. In this role, you'll develop ML and data pipelines and collaborate with development teams on integration. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real-world problems with technology and takes ownership of projects from conception to deployment.So, what will you be doing?

Designing and implementing data pipelines from land-based casino systems to support ML applications.
Developing and optimizing machine learning models for various use cases including computer vision and generative AI.
Working closely with development teams to ensure successful integration of ML solutions.
Taking ownership of projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Contributing to ideation and problem-solving for both customer-facing and internal applications.
Maintaining and improving existing ML infrastructure and models.
Staying current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

And what are we looking for?

Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Demonstrate 3+ years of experience with Python and ML frameworks.
Show proficiency with PyTorch and TorchVision for computer vision applications.
Display experience with AWS cloud infrastructure for ML workloads.
Demonstrate knowledge of Node.js.
Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Have experience with casino management systems or gaming industry data.
Have background in computer vision or generative AI applications.
Display experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines.
Have understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
Show familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices.
Understand how your work impacts business results.
Measure success by the value delivered, not just technical elegance.
