Our Customer is looking to hire for their Sales team. In this Sales role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results through expert advice, advanced underwriting skills, and a commitment to sales excellence. You'll be responsible for delivering sales targets, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and helping to build a high-performance sales culture. You'll be supporting the team by sharing knowledge and modeling best-in-class performance, while also driving individual sales targets and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.We're seeking professionals who thrive in fast-paced, target- driven environment, and who are motivated by results, recognition, and customer impact.Hours of operation:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be required to work five 7.5 hour shifts per week/37.5 hours per week within these hours of operation. The role requires working from the office full-time for the first 3-5 months, then a gradual move to a hybrid model.Responsibilities:Drive strong sales results by quoting, underwriting, and selling Home & Auto insurance policiesConsistently exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metricsApply underwriting judgement to new business, endorsements, and renewals within delegated authorityProvide technical underwriting support and guidance to junior team membersIdentify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolioDeliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and retentionStay current on product, pricing, underwriting and regulatory changesTrack and analyze your own performance to continuously improve outcomesService existing customers by updating their policies to meet their changing needs and provide new products as requiredQualifications:College Diploma or University Degree is an assetOTL license must be attained (RIBO is acceptable), and our customer will provide training.
