• The rate of pay will be $100K-$120K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday

• Oversee all warehouse operations including timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Develop and manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners
• Coordinate shipments with production and customer schedules
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, building a culture of accountability and performance
• Implement and maintain LEAN manufacturing principles
• Manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage through audits and system controls
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust resources to meet goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and internal departments
• Align day-to-day warehouse performance with company objectives
• Set clear goals and provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in warehouse management within a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet warehouse KPIs and coordinate across departments
• Experience using inventory and warehouse management systems

• Lean certification
