- Behavioral Strategy & Participation Growth: Design and iterate on engagement strategies specifically engineered to move team members along the participation continuum. You will apply behavioral insights to optimize program elements and lower barriers to entry.
- Segmented Marketing & Channel Optimization: Lead the development of diverse, high-touch communication strategies. You will move beyond "all-staff" emails to create creative, segmented marketing campaigns that advance participation through the right channel at the right time.
- Ambassador Network Leadership: Build, recruit, and lead a high-functioning Ambassador Network. You will empower this network to team-driven social impact and local activations, allowing you to maintain a high-level strategic oversight of the portfolio.
- Data Analysis & Actionable Insights: In collaboration with the team, perform deep-dive market segmentation and program data analysis. You will translate complex metrics into clear executive narratives and recommend and execute on strategic pivots when needed.
- Rewards & Culture Alignment: Lead the strategic review of rewards and recognition programs. You will ensure these incentives are not just transactional, but are tightly integrated into ATB’s broader culture and social innovation goals.
- Impact Incentives & Behavioral Motivation: Lead the strategic design and application of the portfolio’s reward & recognition framework including motivation strategies - such as peer-to-peer recognition and gamification - that catalyze action and foster a culture of participation aligned with ATB’s Team Member Value Proposition.
- Campaign & Platform Management: Lead enterprise-wide campaigns aligned with ATB’s Sustainability & Impact Commitments and provide end-to-end strategic management of the ATB Uplift platform (Benevity’s Spark).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee program accounting, maintain program guidelines, and innovate intake processes for team requests to ensure the program operates with maximum efficiency and scalability. Support the advancement of S&I reporting and storytelling strategies by collecting and curating relevant content and providing subject matter expertise where needed.
- Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, behavioral science, program management, or a related field, with a documented track record of driving large-scale audience engagement.
- Marketing Acumen: A natural ability to view engagement through a marketing lens, with expertise in designing audience segmentation and targeted communication strategies within a complex corporate environment.
- Strategic Leadership: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and present data-backed recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Network Management: Demonstrated experience in building or supervising distributed networks (such as volunteer ambassadors or influence networks) to scale impact.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with engagement technology (e.g., Benevity’s Spark) is highly preferred. You should be comfortable exploring AI and emerging tech to automate and improve the team member experience.
- Analytical Depth: Strong ability to extract "the story" from data, identifying trends and articulating the necessary pivots to reach participation goals.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional professional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical program data into compelling, high-impact narratives.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Behavioral Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
